Cancellation Policy

All Sales are Final - Once registration is completed and payment is processed, all sales are final - No refunds or returns will be issued Rescheduling & Cancellations - A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule you class or skill session. - Each participant is allowed ONE complimentary reschedule, provided proper notice given - Failure to provide a 24-hour notice or being a no-call, no show will result in a $25 rescheduling fee to book a new date Late Arrival Policy - Classes being promptly at the scheduled start time - A 10-minute grace period is allowed - Arrivals after 10 minutes past the start time will not be admitted, and the participant will be required to reschedule with a $25 late/rescheduling fee Completion Requirements - Participants must attend the full duration of class and complete all required skills to receive certification. - Late arrivals or early departures may impact certification eligibility Certificate Release Certifications will only be issued after: - Full attendance and successful course completion - All fees (Including any applicable rescheduling fees) are paid in full Business Rights - We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to low enrollment, instructor emergency, or unforeseen circumstances (i.e. Weather). In such rare cases, participants will be offered a new class date at no additional cost. Participant Responsibility It is the responsibility for each participant to: - Verify class date, time, and location (Reminder emails are sents) - Arrive prepared and on time - Provide accurate contact information to receive notifications or updates.
